Kelly has been in the childcare business since 2006 and is excited to have recently opened The Foundation School. The school has a capacity of 40 children and although it is still in its first year there are already 25 children enrolled. All of the staff at The Foundation School strive to encourage the children to learn through play rather than through direct instruction, and to also prepare them for kindergarten.
Kelly was looking to find child care software to help her manage all of the information for her new school. She found that managing things manually was difficult and created a lot of redundant work. Originally Kelly was recommended to another child care software program, however she found it to be outdated and complicated to use so she continued researching to see what other software programs were available.

It didn't take Kelly long to figure out how to use Sandbox and she was able to begin using the software quickly to manage the information at her school. Kelly loves the fact that she can call and talk to Sandbox customer support anytime that she has questions or runs into issues. She has also really enjoyed all of the reports that she can create automatically from the information in the software, and found that creating tax receipts for her parents through Sandbox Software was a huge time saver.
Another feature that Kelly has really been enjoying is the auto-invoicing feature in Sandbox. She is able to create her invoices quickly and then print them off or email them to her parents. It has simplified the whole billing process significantly, making things more organized and saving her a lot of time. Kelly continues to implement additional features, and next up she is looking to begin using the Sandbox Child Care Timeclock for the parents and staff at her child care center.
