Duties and Functions

  • Assisting with online chat
  • Customer response and follow up
  • Assisting in the QA and testing process during updates
  • Assisting in data entry
  • Assisting in the on-boarding customer experience
  • Perform training sessions with new clients on the product
  • Assisting on “Support” campaigns highlighting the product features to the client.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.


  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle priorities
  • Quality Assurance experience would be considered an asset
  • Customer service experience would be considered an asset
