At the center I previously managed we made sure to have a professional, attractive, and up-to-date website because we knew this was our first impression to most families. They can look up your class schedule options, tuition and pricing information, and even check out your staff page so that they have most of their questions answered and by the time you meet them they’re ready to sign on the dotted line.

3. Branding

Establishing a brand is a key part to the success of any business and childcare is no exception. The Hartford explains that since you want your brand to express what your business has to offer, “take the time to define it thoughtfully and early, before the market does it for you. That way, your company's image will be what you intend it to be.”

Having a website is a great way to build your brand by choosing a unique combination of color themes, being purposeful about the tone of your writing and designing a fitting logo for your center. All of these elements contribute to building your brand and all will feature prominently on a quality website.

Since you’ve spent all that time creating a business plan  and hiring and training great staff, building a high quality, attractive, current website is an obvious next step in your growth plan.
