We're excited to introduce you to one of our newest employees, Julia Erman. Julia is proud to join our team in the role of Customer Advocate. Before stepping into her new role, Julia worked as Director of School Programs, and led a large team of employees in a preschool and school age after school program. While working in this role, she used Sandbox to help grow the school age after school program from 23 to 160 children and the preschool program from 136 to 177 children. Julia is looking forward to working with our customers to ensure that Sandbox meets their needs.
Prior to being a Director, Julia had a mix of experience working in the childcare field and service industry. After graduating from Western Washington University, Julia left the country to serve in a children’s home and primary school in the country of Nepal for 5 months. While in Nepal, she helped build the preschool and kindergarten curriculum, was an in-home nanny to 40 children, and assisted with the donor program. Julia’s passion for children and her work abroad is radiant in all that she does.
In the summer of 2017, Julia and her husband Aaron had their first child. After the birth of their daughter Hazel, it became very apparent that with the special needs Hazel had, Julia would not be able to go back to work full time.
Julia is excited for the season ahead where she will be sharing her love for children, business growth and Sandbox Software all in one place. Because Sandbox was one of the big reasons that her center grew so fast with little growing pains she is excited to share her experience with you. Julia will be working on our team; assisting with the blog, being an advocate for our customers and assisting with the continued development of our software.
