Using management software at your child care center is a great way to be more efficient and to save you time. Although there is some work required initially to get up and running, the move to using technology will be worth your time and effort. The first step is finding child care management software that best meets the needs of your center. Once you have selected your software of choice, you will need to ensure that you have the appropriate devices to run it. Here’s a breakdown of the different PC devices available to help make this task easier.

Desktop

The desktop is often used at centers utilizing Sandbox, to run the administrative duties like Billing, Enrolling children, and Reporting. The nice thing about buying a PC desktop is that you have many different options at many different price points. A beautiful display, 8mp camera and the octacore processor, meaning you will find the tablet quick and snappy when working on it. The two other options are more affordable, the Lenovo - Tab E10 and the Acer Iconia One 10. The displays are lower quality and the quality of photos will be lower due to the fact that they only have a 5mp camera, however, it won’t have any issues running the Sandbox Teacher app or the Timeclock.
